    Under limited supervision coordinates development and implementation of specialized training and development programs of a highly technical or sophisticated nature aimed at improving individual and organizational performance. Conducts needs assessments and designs, develops, tests, delivers and evaluates technical training programs for various software packages and specific university business applications.

    Minimum qualification:

    Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
    Bachelor's degree; at least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified, which includes at least 1 year of experience conducting hands-on technical training.
    OR
    Master's degree; at least 1 year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified and conducting hands-on technical training.
