    Job Summary:

    Partner with stake holders to ensure training and development needs are met. Research, design, development, and deliver training courses to meet the developmental objectives of targeted audiences which are consistent with the TriCore’s mission, vision and values. Coordinate activities with other areas of the organization to ensure that quality and customer service standards are met.

    Job Responsibilities:


    1. Partner with key stakeholders to ensure training and development needs are met.

    2. Design, develop and coordinate on-going professional development classes to support the corporate vision, values and strategic plans.

    3. Coordinate training programs or classes by applying adult learning theory and instructional design principles.

    4. Support other Workforce Education staff in developing, implementing and/or evaluating large scale projects and department initiatives.

    5. Evaluate emerging training technology and tools.

    6. Measure trainig effectiveness, monitor for behavior and performance changes and apply continuous improvement to training.

    7. Refine, redesign, or change training modules based on feedback and effectiveness.

    8. Coordinate, design, develop and manage e-learning and online training programs.

    9. Support administration of tuition assistance programs.

    10. Manage content and logistics for education and training programs.

    11. Maintain program specific required records, reports and statistics as directed.

    12. Support the maintenance of learning systems including, LMS, department Sharepoint site, and on-line learning platform.

    13. Travel Required.


    Requirements:


    MINIMUM EDUCATION

    Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.


    MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

    • Two plus years proven training.

    • Direct, recent experience with curriculum design, training methodologies, and online education.

    • Demonstrated knowledge of performing administrative data entry and management tasks in Learning Management System.

    • Great attention to details, ability to work with internal client groups and subject matter experts.


    PREFERENCES:

    • Healthcare (laboratory) training experience.

    • Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) highly desired.

    • In-depth, hands-on knowledge of authoring technologies, design tools and multimedia applications.

    • Advanced knowledge and solid hands on experience creating rapid e-learning courses and interactions.

    • Familiar with HTML, Java, XML, Camtasia and multimedia e-learning production.

    • Train the trainer experience.
