Sofia Ngoran Nguessan: As a highly motivated, responsive, agile and dedicated talent development professional with a proven track record, a focus on performance improvement and outstanding results, I offer your organization 15 + years of leadership and workforce training, coaching and development experience. I have an extensive and varied background working with diverse organizations as a Customized Trainer and Coach, Senior Leadership Team Member, independent Contract Trainer and Project Manager. I have also gathered an extensive breadth and depth of practical knowledge in the areas of leadership, quality, customer service, sales and service, communication, and employee development, all driven by my commitment to excellence, lifelong learning, collaboration with a seasoned understanding of change, quality principles and organizational development.
Barbra Potzline: With close to two decades of hands-on engagement in coaching, practicing, consulting, and teaching, Dr. Barbra Portzline has first-hand experience in the ebb and flow of individual and organizational growth and the pitfalls, challenges, opportunities and dynamics that fuel successful individuals and businesses. With a background in clinical psychology, organizational development, and health and fitness coaching she brings rich expertise, a deep understanding of the underlying subtleties present in the workplace and home, an entrepreneurial spirit, a passion to educate and the sheer talent required to work within complex organizational and family structures. Her work supports a cross-discipline, integrated approach to strategy, based on real-time data collection and analysis.
Donna Robbins: as the principle consultant for The Leadership Consortium, she has been working in the field of training and development in a wide variety of organizations. Her experiences and study in the field of leadership have led her to understand that the best leaders help their employees succeed, and that this is accomplished through compassion and caring, rather than command and control. Donna has published articles about leadership, team building and project management. She was an adjunct professor at Pepperdine University, Department of Education & Psychology, an internal consultant at Honeywell Defense Avionics, and director of the leadership programs at the University of New Mexico, Division of Continuing Education.

Katie Snapp: during her first career as an engineer at Honeywell, Katie was selected to participate in their corporate change and became one of the nation’s top trainers in leadership and team building. She was recruited from there by the global firm, The Cumberland Group, one of the first consulting companies to construct the quality movement as we know it today, and a game-changer in the development of corporate culture that we know now as Lean and Six Sigma. She worked worldwide with clients such as: NASA Johnson Space Center, Northrop-Grumman in their Unmanned Systems initiative, the US Navy, and US State Department. Having worked as a rocket scientist in a male-dominated culture made her realize the power of offering interpersonal dynamics in a tech-based industry. In addition to her in-person consulting business, she offers an online consulting course for women building consulting businesses. She works with a wide range of industries, especially small businesses, and speaks internationally as well as working as a coach and consultant locally.
