Program Description
The 2017 ATD International Conference took place May 21-24 in Atlanta, Georgia. For those of you who were unable to attend, as well as for those who attended, you will want to come to our July 27 program event to learn more from ICE!
ATDNM’s Vice President of Community Outreach and Sponsorships, Deb Howard, will start the evening with a short overview of highlights, trends, and insights from ICE.
Then, you will be able to join two group discussions based on the top content tracks from ICE - highlighting new trends and best practices.
At the end of the evening, we will have a Liberating Structures debriefing activity so that each attendee can share what they learned with others.
Conference Top Content Tracks:
Leadership – This group will discuss trends and topics influencing a community of leaders developing talent, managing change, and building a strong global workforce.
Career Development – This group will highlight trends and topics influencing professionals who are new in talent development as well as those looking to in advancing their own careers and helping other develop their skills and expertise. learn and share with others interested in finding out more about what ATD is doing to support those looking for a job, looking to change careers to talent development, or have best practices to share.
Learning Technologies – This group will discuss trends and topics influencing a community of forward-thinking professionals using technology and learning to develop the future workforce.
Learning Measurement & Analytics – This group will discuss implementing learning analysis process models and systems in order to measure talent development intervention, program effectiveness and organizational outcomes.
