Dr. Charlotte Hendrix completed her doctorate at UNM in Organizational Learning and Instructional Technology in 2008. She minored in Organizational Creativity and her dissertation focused on employing horizontal mentoring networks in the workplace to enhance creativity. In addition to her PhD, Charlotte has an MBA from the University of Phoenix, an SPHR certification, and has presented at many local conferences on topics relating to human resources, productivity, creativity and mentoring. In addition to being an adjunct professor at CNM for the past 10 years, Charlotte has over 25 years of experience in the New Mexico public sector. She recently made the leap into professional consulting. Charlotte has been on the ASTD-NM Board of Directors since 2009.

Just as we did for our June program meeting, we will be meeting at a local restaurant.
Members and Student Members should register, but there is no fee as ASTD NM is not catering this meeting. You can order from the restaurant menu and pay individually for your meal.
There is a $15 registration fee for non-members to attend the meeting. Non-members can also purchase a meal separately at the restaurant.
