Woulda, Coulda, Shoulda...Recognizing and Following Your Instincts
We have all spent our careers learning to adapt, but at what point has all of this adapting masked our natural strengths and instincts? What could you accomplish if you were free to be yourself? In this session, based on the work of Kathy Kolbe of Kolbe Corp, Inc., you will learn 5 strategies for recognizing and following your instincts and trusting others to follow theirs. Employing these strategies will reduce your frustration and increase your productivity both personally and professionally. We all have a natural M.O. (modus operandi) – attend this session to learn more about yours and how to use it to your advantage!
