PNM is looking to hold a series of meetings this year to define its next 20 years of power resources plus a four year action plan. These meetings will include a diverse mix of stakeholders including PNM leadership and technical employees, industry experts, potentially customers (they will be invited) and community and environmental advocates. 

The meetings tend to be very technical in nature with issues attendees are passionate about (passionate, but not disrespectful). The moderator/facilitator would be responsible for managing the pace and tone of the meetings, keeping attendees respectful to the rules of the meeting, and keeping the meetings on topic.
