Daniel Lobb, CPLP
Daniel's ten years of experience as a business leader in the packaged tour industry gave him extensive travel experience and a passion for learning. Daniel joined TRP Enterprises, Inc. in 2008 and serves as the company’s chief operating officer. He received his certification in workplace learning and performance (CPLP) from the American Society in Training and Development (ASTD) in 2012. Daniel serves as the 2013 president for the local chapter of that association (Piedmont ASTD). He is a private pilot and resides with his wife and children in North Carolina, where they are engaged in a variety of community volunteer efforts.
Linda Strauss, SPHR
Linda Strauss is a Human Resources professional with over 18 years of experience. Ms. Strauss is the immediate Past President of the Northern NM chapter of SHRM. She is also an instructor for University of New Mexico (“UNM”) Anderson School of Business Management’s Management Development Center. Strauss is a Senior Professional of Human Resources (“SPHR”), a Certified Mediator of Conflict, and a certified trainer of Becoming the Totally Responsible Person (TRP®). Over her career in corporate HR, Ms. Strauss has specialized in every aspect of HR including training, employee relations, performance management, recruitment, policies and procedures, benefits, and compensation. Ms. Strauss is a recipient of the RAI Leadership Team Award, awarded to the top one percent of employees across all operating companies in recognition of leading change resulting in significant impact to the organization.
