This program will focus on the discovery experience we have had in the last year. Learning and development professionals recognize and act on the relationship between people as individuals and people working within systems.

The Year of VUCA x 10 provided as many challenges as it did opportunities to support and lead innovative learning and development discussions and programming. Relying on multiple sources, we will take time to reflect on our dynamic journey of 2020 and translate the gained expertise to engage 2021 and beyond for ourselves, our organizations, and clients.

Jillian J. Gonzales, MA is a seasoned organization development professional with a focus on change and transformation. She is highly skilled in consulting, coaching, facilitation, and training. She has spent over 15 years providing inspired programming across the state of New Mexico in various types of workplaces. She has held positions as an internal and external consultant and in management. Her favorite discovery vehicles include Motivational Interviewing, PRINT assessment and Gallup Strengths Finder. Currently, Jillian is the Manager of Workforce Education and Development at TriCore Laboratories.
