Advance YOUR Career with the Talent Development Capability Model

The Director of Credentialing for the Association for Talent Development, Ms. Morgean Hirt, will present on the ATD Capability Model.

Discussion will be about the #ATD Capability Model, specifically on the interactive self-assessment available at the website (www.td.org/capabilitymodel).  The self assessment can be used to create a personalized plan of ATD resources.  

Local chapter results can be compared with global results if the dataset is large enough.   New Mexico, currently does not have a large enough dataset (only eight (8) users within a 200 mile radius) have completed the self-assessment.   She will be unable to present local data with our current data set. 

Registrants are encouraged to go explore the Capability Model prior to the event and reflect on how they want to grow and develop their own skills focus with lifelong learning and growth mindset principles.

Active National Members Consideration:  Access www.td.org/capabilitymodel and complete the self-assessment.
