Brief SOW

Overview:

The mentor program coordinator will manage the implementation and launch of the enhanced mentor program; as well as, recruit and onboard mentors, onboard mentees, and assist with initial mentor/mentee engagements.

• Function as program and platform POC
• Work with ActivateNM Program Manager and Program Director to launch full Mentor Program
• Consult with mentors and mentees regarding the program
• Schedule and conduct mentor and mentee intake meetings
• Conduct onboarding process for mentors and mentees
• Recruit more mentors in specialized and needed fields

At first may be ~20+ hours a week, but, may settle down into a lower amount of hours depending on involvement.
